We're looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience creating advertising campaigns, managing social media, and supporting a variety of digital marketing initiatives. What You'll Do Social Media Advertising (Primary Focus) Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager. Design engaging advertisements, including graphics, videos, and other creative content. Write compelling ad copy that attracts potential customers. Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results. Test different audiences, messaging, and creative strategies. Research advertising trends and develop new campaign ideas. Content Creation & Coordination Work directly with coaches, students, members, and club managers to gather photos, videos, testimonials, and other content for marketing campaigns. Coordinate with clubs across the country to ensure a consistent flow of fresh marketing content. Provide guidance to coaches and staff on capturing useful photos and videos. Organize and manage a library of marketing assets. Turn collected content into engaging advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials. Identify opportunities to showcase student achievements, club activities, and member experiences. Ensure appropriate permissions are obtained before using photos, videos, or testimonials in marketing. Additional Digital Marketing Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Help improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Website Management: Assist with website updates, landing pages, and content optimization. Organic Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms. Email Marketing: Support newsletters, promotional emails, and marketing campaigns. Content Development: Create graphics, written content, and other promotional materials. Marketing Analytics: Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed. Who We're Looking For Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly Facebook and Instagram advertising. Creative mindset and an eye for engaging visual content. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with different people and coordinating projects remotely. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Comfortable learning new software and marketing platforms. Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Basic video editing or graphic design skills. Understanding of SEO or website management. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms. Coursework or a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
