Job Description

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s digital marketing efforts across search engine optimization (SEO), affiliate marketing, and paid media. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative marketer who is eager to grow their digital marketing expertise and contribute to measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Assist with monitoring website performance and identifying SEO opportunities.
• Collaborate with Content and Web teams to implement SEO best practices.

Affiliate Marketing

• Support the day-to-day management of affiliate marketing programs and partners.
• Assist with tracking affiliate performance, revenue, and key metrics.
• Help coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve affiliate performance and engagement.

Paid Marketing

• Assist with the execution and management of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, display, and retargeting channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Coordinate with Creative and Content teams on ad copy, creative assets, and campaign needs.
• Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and ongoing optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics across paid, SEO, and affiliate channels.
• Assist with maintaining dashboards and regular marketing reports.
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
• Help track marketing spend and performance against goals.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Web, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives.
• Assist with project coordination and ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn and develop within digital marketing.
• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, or e-commerce is a plus.
