GSM Industrial is seeking an Experienced Project Designer to join our engineering and fabrication team. This role is responsible for designing and detailing custom industrial projects involving structural steel, sheet metal, plate, industrial ductwork, pipe/tubing and equipment layouts.
The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical drafting and design capabilities, experience with 2D and 3D modeling, and a practical understanding of how designs translate into fabrication and installation.
We're looking for a technically strong designer who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and takes pride in producing drawings that are accurate, buildable and aligned with customer requirements. If you enjoy taking a project from concept and field measurements to detailed fabrication drawings—and seeing your designs come to life in the shop and field—this could be a great opportunity to join the GSM Industrial team.
Key Responsibilities
3–5 years of relevant mechanical, structural, industrial or fabrication design experience.
