Analyze project requirements and provide solutions for mold improvement. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure molds meet quality standards. Maintain and troubleshoot mold equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in mold making or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a mold maker or similar role. Strong understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes. Experience with CAD/CAM software and precision measuring tools.
