Job: Social Media Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Coconut Grove Office)

Hours: Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule (4 days in-person / 1 day remote)

Compensation: up to $80,000 base salary (depending on experience)

About Us:

• Nothing Else is a one-year-old sensitive skincare company, building a category-defining brand. We're on a mission to remove preservatives (& water) from skincare. We're scaling quickly and hiring for our first full-time employee.

About the Role:

• This is employee #1, true start-up vibes, no task is too small, things move at the speed of light, and every week will be different type of role. You will create content, build content calendars, communicate with and manage our community, and handle all things social media, end to end.

What You'll Do:

• Reels & TikToks: Shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form videos on an iPhone with CapCut for advanced pacing, text overlays, sound trends, native transitions, and visual hooks.
• Canva Production: Build sleek stories, carousels, static posts, and promotional templates instantly.
• Daily Community Management: Spend 1–2 hours daily managing DMs, comments, and community engagement to drive reach and brand loyalty.
• Asset Organization: Manage raw footage libraries and keep the content calendar fully loaded.
• Brand Building: help create and execute the vision for the brand going forward.

Requirements:

• Located in Miami, FL, within commuting distance of our Coconut Grove office
• Proven record of growing social media accounts
• Highly organized

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience
• CapCut, Canva, & iPhone Expert
• Chronically Online
